Volunteers needed
The 17th annual West Gippsland Music & Drama
Eisteddfod commences on Friday July 30th.
Volunteers are required for the following
tasks:
-
Registration
- Certificate
writing
- Adjudicator’s assistant
- Announcing
- Marshalling
- Selling entry tickets
- Opening and closing the door
(a plum
job as you get to see all the performances)
We hope that you will consider your involvement
whether as a first time volunteer or returning
to help us this year. Our Volunteer Convenor

venues:

Uniting Church 210 Sutton Street, Warragul
- St.
Paul’s Anglican Grammar School,
150 Bowen Street, Warragul
- The Arts Centre Warragul, Albert Street,
Warragul
There are three, 3 hour sessions each
day where 10 volunteers will be needed
for each session.
- Morning sessions - usually commence
at 9am
- Afternoon sessions - usually commence
at 1.00pm
- Evening sessions - usually commence
at 6pm
There is always a committee member to
assist you on the task requirements. You
are free to choose a task that appeals
to you and a time that suits you.
In recognition of their assistance volunteers
will receive complimentary tickets to the
Awards Concert where the Outstanding
Performer Award is judged by an independent
panel.
