Volunteers Needed
We hope that you will consider your involvement whether as a first time volunteer or returning to help us once again. Our Volunteer Co-ordinator would love to hear from you and can be contacted by email enquiries@wge.org.au
Volunteers are required for the following tasks:
- Registration
- Announcing
- Selling entry tickets
- Opening and closing the door (a plum job as you get to see all the performances)
There is always a committee member to assist you on the task requirements. You are free to choose a task that appeals to you and a time that suits you.
As a group that provides services to children we are required to meet the Child Safe Standards. All volunteers are required to provide an up-to-date Working with Children Card, and will be asked to sign a Code of Conduct that outlines our commitment to child safety and how we will behave around children.
